SUBJECT: ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINTER INDUSTRY CAPABILITY DAY
NCS is pleased to officially announce that the Winter Industry Capability Day will take place on February 26, 2015 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The event will take place at the UCF Partnership III Building, 3039 Technology Parkway (Room 321-A/B), Orlando, FL 32826. Space availability is limited to the first 14 participants who complete and return the Vendor Demonstration Agreement to NCS at industryday@simulationinformation.com. Unfortunately, there have been 2 or 3 participants that were “no shows” for each the two most recent events. These were unfortunate instances as those spaces could have been used by other industry participants. To avoid this issue, a deposit policy has been instituted. Once a company has been accepted to participate, they will be required to post a $250 deposit. This deposit will be refunded after they participate in ICD. In the event of a “no show”, the deposit will become a contribution to the NCS Scholarship Fund. We hope to see all of you there!
