The Orlando Business Journal (OBJ) plans to present a new award this year entitled “Veterans of Influence”. Nominations are requested for businesspeople who are former military veterans who have made their mark in Central Florida. Suspense for nominations is 15 August and the community is invited to nominate any worthy candidates. Honorees will be recognized at a ceremony planned for 26 September.
