In February 2011, Lt Gen (Ret) Baptiste was invited by the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition’s National Security Advisory Council (NSAC) co-chairs, General Michael W. Hagee, USMC (Ret) and Admiral James M. Loy, USCG (Ret) to join the Council. Since 2008, this distinguished group of Flag and General officers across the armed services has advocated for a foreign policy that combines our strong military with robust, effective civilian tools of international development and diplomacy. Lt Gen (Ret) Baptiste joins over 80 former Flag and General officers on the Council.
