Orange County School Board Member “Kat” Gordon presented a certificate to NCS Board Member Hank Okraski and the National Center for Simulation to recognize “your commitment to the students of OCPS District 5.” At this special District 5 Recognition and Black History Celebration on Feb. 19, Hank was also honored with a Certificate of Appreciation for his participation in the Maitland Middle School STEM Awareness Career Day and for “enhancing students’ understanding of the importance of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math in our world.” Congratulations to Hank and to all NCS members who are making a difference in the lives of our students!
