Attention NCS Members–A potential BD Opportunity!

Attention all NCS Members

For the past several weeks I have been in dialogue with Krishan Sharma, Ph.D. from the KKS-Group in India.

Established in 1961, KKS-Group is a $100 million company with over 1000 engineering personnel.   Much of their work is in support of large construction groups in areas such as power, water, petro-chemical and GIS-CAD.  For more information on the company visit their website at www.kksgroup.in.

The reason Dr. Sharma contacted NCS is because they believe development of a simulation and visualization center is a natural extension of their current business model and a way to further diversify their offerings to established clients.  Additionally, Dr. Sharma recognizes that the companies that makeup NCS have the requisite expertise to help them build/establish their center.

The KKS Group’s vision is to establish in India a world class “Simulation and Visualization Center” to service all of the sectors they support.  They are looking to the US M&S Industry for potential partners to collaborate and provide the technical expertise to guide them as they move forward.  They are open to possible turn-key projects as well as partners that can provide expert consultants.

The target market in India for their simulation and visualization business includes:  Design Engineering firms. Construction Groups, Project Engineering firms (25) engaged in infrastructure, highways, bridges, airports, shipyards and deep-sea foundations for sea-link highways and freeways, power plants, water treatment plants, pipelines, under sea cables, ports, and coastal and inland marinas.
