National Center for Simulation Announces New 2026 Executive Board Leadership

The National Center for Simulation (NCS) is pleased to announce the newly elected 2026–2028 Executive Board following approval by its Board of Directors.

The Executive Board members are Janet Spruill, Chair; Amy Motko, Vice Chair; Brett Ulander, Treasurer and Angela Alban, Secretary.

Spruill is the executive vice president of at Aptima, Inc., where she leads strategy planning, program execution and business growth for government-focused MS&T and human performance solutions.

Motko is the president and CEO of Carley Corporation, a company providing simulation and training systems and services to the defense and commercial sectors. She has held a leadership role at Carley for many years as the vice president before assuming the top leadership position.

Ulander has held senior leadership roles across multiple organizations, most recently serving as CEO of Bluedrop USA. He currently leads BLU PAC Solutions, where he provides strategic consulting services to industry partners in the MS&T sector.

Alban is president and CEO of SIMETRI, Inc., a Winter Park based company that designs and manufactures advanced medical and tactical training simulation products. She

founded SIMETRI and has grown it into a recognized innovator in the simulation and training space.

This leadership team will guide NCS through the next two years as it continues to expand its mission to promote and strengthen the modeling, simulation, and training (MS&T) industry.
