The 17 November 2013 Central Florida Spotlight television program on WFTV CH 9 featured Lt Gen (Ret) Tom Baptiste, President/Executive Director NCS and Waymon Armstrong, President/CEO ECS for a discussion on the MS&T cluster in Central Florida and the pending threat posed by DoD budget cuts, sequestration and potential rounds of Base realignment & Closure in 2015 & 2017.  The Simulation portion of the program begins at about 7 minutes 30 seconds into the following video.
