Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce Named Best Chamber in Readers’ Choice Awards
Orlando, FL (November 6, 2018) – Bridget Lake, President/CEO of the Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce (OWSRCC) is pleased to announce that OWSRCC was recently named best chamber by the 2018 Readers’ Choice Awards presented by the Orlando Business Journal (OBJ).
“On behalf of the Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce, we want to thank our community for supporting us. We are truly honored not only to be recognized as the best chamber, but through the nominations and votes from the local businesses which we serve through networking activities, educational seminars, promotional opportunities, and more,” says Lake.
OWSRCC received this distinction in the best local trade organization/association/chamber sub-category in the business services category of the awards.
OBJ’s 2018 Readers’ Choice Awards honors businesses that provide products and services to the local community. Readers submitted nominees in categories ranging from best local business bank to best local restaurant to have dinner with a client. Businesses in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Brevard and Volusia counties with the most nominations in each category went head-to-head in an OBJ Business Pulse poll, where readers voted for their favorites in each of the 51 categories. The top vote-getters in each category were named the 2018 winners for Central Florida’s favorite places to eat, drink, shop, play and do business.
