History and Vision

Cybernet Systems Corporation is a solutions company committed to advancing human performance through the application of technology. Cybernet Systems has a documented track record of on-time and on-budget delivery of sophisticated military and space system products, prototypes, and services. Located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Cybernet is a small business founded in 1989 and has completed hundreds of U.S. Department of Defense, other government, and commercial contracts.

Since its inception, Cybernet has been committed to successfully developing technology and bringing its research to market. By specifically focusing on technologies that enhance human performance, Cybernet has successfully converted research and development endeavors into commercially viable and useful products for the commercial, defense and medical markets.

Products developed from military R&D include the Autonomous Material Handling Technology (AMHT) appliqué kit, Automated Tactical Ammunition Classification System (ATACS), Spent Brass Sorter (SBS), Supportability Wireless Maintenance Assistant (SWMA), NetMAX internet server systems, and the MedStar homecare data collection system. Cybernet also provides Cyber Security Services and Information Assurance services to the Department of Defense.

In the company’s three decades, Cybernet has made significant contributions to the health, productivity and security of America and the world.
