Harrington Group Selected to Support NAVFAC Southeast

Harrington Group has been awarded a multi-year contract by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southeast to provide engineering technical support for major construction projects located at Shaw Air Force Base, Sumter, South Carolina. Harrington personnel will provide a wide range of support including administration of the Construction Quality Management Program; coordination of construction operations between contractors, station personnel, and other government agencies; review of project plans and specifications; participation in pre-construction conferences; cost and price analysis; review of safety plans; and on-site visits during construction. HQMS, Harrington Group’s web-based enterprise quality management system, is one of the software tools that will be used to support the NAVFAC contract.
