Gametech 2014 Call for Presentations Extended to May 2, 2014

By popular demand, GameTech 2014 will extend the Call for Presentations to May 2, 2014.  Presentation proposals are being accepted for topics on Games, Virtual Worlds and Mobile Learning Technologies and can emailed to program@gametechconference.com.

“The GameTech Program Committee is beginning to review proposals, and we are thrilled with the participation so far!” said this year’s Program Chair, Eileen Smith with the UCF Institute for Simulation and Training.  “The proposals represent quality sessions and timely information for the DOD game development field.”

“Because we’ve received many requests for an extension of the submission deadline, we are happy to oblige our developer community with that request and extend the submission until May 2,” said Smith.  “We will have one room dedicated to hands-on tutorials, so we encourage submissions for not only speaker sessions, but hands-on tutorial training sessions as well.”

GameTech promotes the exchange of knowledge, research and ideas about the use of gaming and other emerging technology for education and training across industry, academia and government.  Attendees incluce teachers, students, designers and developers across all disciplines who are interested in the creation and dissemination of knowledge about the use of gaming and other emerging technology to improve training efficiency within their organizations.

Submissions not received by the May 2 deadline may still be considered on a case-by-case basis.  For more information visit www.gametechconference.com.
