Cubic Sponsored Programs and Initiatives Empowers Students to Pursue Careers and Education in STEM
SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Aug. 13, 2014 –Cubic Corporation (NYSE: CUB) announced today it has donated more than $85,000 worth of support to science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) educational initiatives and job training programs in Seminole and Orange counties in Orlando, Fla. Support provided includes monetary donations, internship placement, student training and mentorship and Cubic employees’ participation in activities that further STEM initiatives . With five months remaining in the year and a new school term slated to commence, Cubic will extend its goal to $100,000 before the end of 2014.
