Health Data Modeling and Simulation Software as a Service

The purpose of this contract is to acquire a Software-as- a- Service (SaaS) platform system that supports data modeling and simulation activities involving health and health care. In addition, the contract will support acquisition of materials, training and education in the use of the technology. Finally, additional capabilities are needed to support consultations and adaptations of the platform system to meet specialized needs. This platform system will be used to support research, analysis, and evaluation in a wide variety of applications across the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

This is a total small business set-aside. The solicitation number is 12-233-SOL-00090. This is to be a firm fixed price (FFP) type contract. The Program Support Center intends to establish a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to acquire a Software-as- a- Service (SaaS) platform system that supports data modeling and simulation activities involving health and health care.
