NCS Hosted Legal Round Table - Moderated by Edward J. Kinberg

Event Description

On Wednesday 25 July 2012, federal procurement attorney, Ed Kinberg, will lead a round table discussion on government/contractor communication issues and methods contractors can use to improve pre-award and post-award communications with the government. This event is free and open to all who are interested to learn more about comunications with government program and contracting officials. A Continental Breakfast will be provided. Registration and networking to being at 7:30 am and program to begin at 8:00 am.

Attorney Edward Kinberg of Kinberg & Associates, LLC, practices in the areas of government contracts, commercial and construction law. Prior to opening his practice in 1996, Mr. Kinberg served in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corp. His assignments included the Office of the Chief Trial Attorney for the Army, in which he represented the Army in complex disputes and bid protests. He also served as the Deputy Chief of Contract Law and Procurement Fraud Coordinator for the US Army Europe and as a Senior Attorney with the US Army Aviation and Troop Command.
