NCS Scholarship Fundraising Golf Tournament

NCS Scholarship Fundraising Golf Tournament

May 14, 2010 - 8:00am - 1:00pm

Event Description

The National Center for Simulation needs your support to help raise funds for the Vince Amico and Hank Okraski Scholarships.  You can do that by participating in our fifth annual golf tournament being held Friday, May 14th at the historic Dubsdread Golf Course in Orlando, Florida.  We are hoping to field as many as 125 golfers.

Dubsdread Golf Course is located just minutes from downtown Orlando and features the oldest public layout in the area.  The course was originally designed in 1923 and just recently renovated.  This classic course has plenty of history attached to it as the former site of the Orlando Open, when it hosted such golf legends as Sam Snead, Ben Hogan and Claude Harmon.  Today, golfers are treated to the same beautiful scenery and challenges of the original course, including narrow fairways and heavily bunkered, "postage stamp" style greens.  A full restaurant and banquet facility complete the ultimate golfing experience.

Player registration forms are attached, or you can apply online by clicking the registration button below.

Sponsorship opportunities are available.  See the attached documents for further details.
