Position Description

Heartwood seeks a dynamite producer to add to our sales team. Profit-sharing opportunities available.

What We Do

Heartwood is a dedicated supplier to Defense, Aerospace, Military & Homeland Security sectors. We provide:

·                     Virtual Interactive Training Solutions and Courseware

·                     Immersive Sales & Marketing Tools

The Role

This salesperson will work in the following areas:

·                      Sectors: Defense, Aerospace, Military or Homeland Security

·                     Target clients will be Tier 2 & Tier 3 see areas of concentration below

Areas of Concentration:

·                     Tier 1: Department of Defense (U.S Navy, U.S Air Force, U.S Army)

·                     Tier 2: Military and Defense Contractors (Raytheon, ATK, Lockheed Martin, and Northrop Grumman, BAE Systems, General Dynamics, United Technologies, L3, etc.)

·                     Tier 3: Small to Medium Businesses in the Defense, Aerospace, Military & Homeland Security industries (Flight Saftey, Cobham, DEI, etc.)

·                     Tier 4: Industry Customers (AVT, Carley, Raydon, etc.)

Key Requirements

·                     You must have a minimum of 5 years sales/bd experience in one or more of the following verticals (Defense, Aerospace, Military, or Homeland Security)

·                     Must be located (or willing to relocate) to the San Francisco Bay Area or Orlando, FL

Preferences

Preference will be given to applicants who possess the following characteristics:

·                     Provide sharable data about past performance and success of contracts won

·                     Understand the nuances of a small business

·                     Possess experience in training, technical publications, or program management preferred.

·                     Have a network in the areas of concentration Heartwood is focused on.
