Lt Gen (Ret) Baptiste speaks to 107 people at NDIA luncheon

On Thurs, 22 Jul Lt Gen (Ret) Baptiste was the featured speaker at a luncheon meeting hosted by the local Chapter of NDIA. Attendance topped 100!
